Safety and General Terms and Conditions

Visitoz provides a pathway to real work for real pay in the rural environment.

The programmes and the jobs that follow are not a holiday on a farm, or a package tour. They are an interactive experience that requires your commitment, effort, focus, application and full engagement with your tasks, your employer and co-workers. This is not always easy, can be physically and mentally demanding and may not always be pleasant. It can also be dangerous.

Participants are therefore required to commit to engaging to the best of their ability, to working safely, paying due attention when training and when being given instructions and making an effort at all times to be productive and effective at work and when learning.

These terms and conditions relate to you working effectively and safely in the rural work programme.
