FOR BOOKINGS MADE DIRECT WITH VISITOZ
For bookings made directly to Visitoz / Australian Working Adventures our date change and cancellation terms and conditions are detailed below.
Deposit payment
A deposit payment of AUD $500 is required to secure your booking.
This is non-refundable.
Cool off period
(If you decide not to proceed with your booking within 7 days of paying your deposit, the deposit payment will be returned to you, less $200 dollars to cover our administration costs).
Please note that this does not apply for bookings made less than 3 weeks before the programme start date.
Payment
Payment should be made by bank transfer to Visitoz, or will be taken as a credit card payment 1-3 days before the payment is due.
Payment timescales
We normally require full payment 30 days before date of joining the programme.
Late payment received 0-30 days before the start date may incur an additional charge of $300. Late payment received after the start date may incur an additional charge of $500.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the programme joining date full payment is expected within 4 working days from the date of acceptance.
Thereafter the same late payment terms apply as for advance bookings (see above).
Date change fees
Dates may be changed 60 days or more before booked start date for no charge.
Dates may be changed 30-59 days before booked start date for a charge of $250
Dates may be changed 14-29 days before booked start date for a charge of $500
Dates may not be changed less than 14 days before booked start date. In this case cancellation charges apply.
Cancellation charges
Cancellation 45 days or more before the booked start date will incur an AUD $500 charge only.
Cancellation less than 45 days before the booked start date will receive no refund. Full payment will be due.
In case of cancellation for reasons of accident or illness we recommend that refund be sought from cancellation insurance.
